Job Description:
Contentizer is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Specialist to join our Austin, TX team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with shipping inquiries, tracking requests, service coordination, and general customer support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
* Track shipments and provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information
* Create and manage service tickets, ensuring all interactions are properly documented
* Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and timely solutions
* Assist with billing inquiries, documentation, and order verification as needed
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Previous customer service, office, logistics, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service or CRM software
