Surface Mount Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:15pm to 12:45am )

• Operate and monitor SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment to support efficient electronic component production.
• Load materials, components, and reels into machines and replenish supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify product quality and identify defects or production issues.
• Report equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Pay increase upon successful completion of the evaluation period.

Surface Mount Operator Qualifications:

• Must be available to train on the first shift for two weeks.
• Previous machine operator experience required
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, handle small components, and perform detailed visual inspections.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
