Essential Skills:
We are seeking a dynamic and pragmatic Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery within our Information Security organization.
In this role| you will be a servant leader and coach| guiding cross-functional security teams through the adoption of Agile and DevSecOps practices.
You will act as a critical liaison between technical security teams| product owners| DevOps| and business stakeholders to ensure the secure| high-performance delivery of technology solutions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment and can adapt frameworks to fit dynamic workflows such as threat analysis| incident response| and vulnerability management
Agile Facilitation & Coaching: Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning| Daily Stand-ups| Reviews| and Retrospectives)| ensuring they are value-driven rather than process-driven.
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles| Scrum| Kanban| and scaled frameworks (e.g.| SAFe| LeSS) to foster continuous improvement and high performance.
Identify and proactively remove impediments| shielding the team from distractions to maintain a sustainable pace.
InfoSec & DevSecOps Integration: Collaborate with security teams to integrate secure development practices into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Promote "shift-left" security by facilitating early detection and resolution of vulnerabilities through threat modeling| security testing| and code reviews.
Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to streamline and secure CI/CD pipelines| promoting automation and continuous testing.
Drive the adoption of remediation plans for security vulnerabilities| managing ticket prioritization and backlogs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams| product owners| cybersecurity leadership| and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Partner with leadership to provide clear visibility into delivery health| risks| and opportunities.
Create and maintain documentation| reporting dashboards| and metrics using tools like Jira| Confluence| or Tableau to track progress and adoption.
