We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager for a thriving, mid-sized business in Southeast Broward. This role is built for an experienced HR Generalist or ER Specialist who knows how to navigate both sides of the business: acting as a firm, strategic partner to leadership while remaining a trusted, advocate-minded resource for employees.

salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Balanced Employee Relations: Drive all workplace relations, conflict resolution, and investigations, balancing company protection with employee support.
- Manager Coaching: Partner directly with department heads and supervisors to coach them on constructive communication, leadership best practices, and conflict management.
- Compliance & LOAs: Oversee end-to-end administration of FMLA, leaves of absence, Workers’ Compensation, and state and federal labor compliance.
- Operational Floor Presence: Maintain an accessible, visible presence in operational areas to build trust, anticipate workforce needs, and drive culture.
- Practical Problem Solving: Apply a fast-moving, solution-oriented approach to daily HR operations in an agile environment.
Required Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus and passion for Employee Relations.
- Deep background in mid-sized, manufacturing, blue-collar, or family-owned organizations.
- Proven ability to balance business goals and legal risk with empathy and human connection.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, FLSA, FMLA/LOA, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Demonstrated capability to assess complex workplace issues rapidly, make sound decisions independently, and resolve disputes from intake to resolution.
