Crestfield Talent is seeking a reliable and organized Business Support Coordinator to assist with day-to-day office operations, internal requests, customer communication, and administrative coordination in Atlanta.
This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well, and can help keep routine business activities organized across multiple teams.
Support daily administrative and business operations
Coordinate internal requests and follow up on open tasks
Maintain accurate records, documents, and internal files
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
Respond to routine phone and email inquiries
Update information in internal systems and databases
Prepare basic documents and business correspondence
Coordinate with different departments on day-to-day support needs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Good attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Professional and dependable
Previous office support, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
