Benefits Coordinator

Elwood Staffing in Pueblo is hiring a Benefit Coordinator for a local manufacturing company! This position will assist employees with benefit enrollment, answer benefit-related questions, maintain records, and provide administrative support. Benefits Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $33.00 to $36.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, wellness, retirement (401(k)/403(b)), and other voluntary benefits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in HRIS and with benefits providers.
• Conduct new hire benefit orientations and annual open enrollment.

Benefits Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration and general HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
